How do I add Pinnacle Cart to my existing Shared Hosting Plan

 

Most customers can follow these steps.  Some customers on older Shared Hosting Plans may not see the upgrade option and should open a support ticket if an upgrade is needed.

*You must be logged in to your account to request an upgrade.

  1. Click "My Services"
  2. All your product and services will be listed
  3. Select the Shared Hosting service you wish to upgrade by clicking  
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Upgrade/Downgrade Options"
  5. Under the shopping cart option select "Pinnacle Cart"
  6. Click to continue
  7. Submit Request

This will generate an invoice for the upgrade.  Metisentry Staff will be notified of your request and your account will be updated appropriately.
