My ISP blocks outgoing mail on port 25. What port should I use instead?

Some ISP's block outgoing mail on the standard mail port 25.

In this case, change your outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings. There are several options depending upon the type of service you have:

1) For customers using the CommunigatePro email system, change your outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings to use port 8329 with SSL Encryption enabled.

2) For customers using the Parallels Plesk email system, change your outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings to use port 587 with SSL Encryption enabled.

If you are unsure which email system you use, it is safe to try both of the above options.
